Today, we operate in regions around the world, delivering crucial support and sustainable solutions.

Our efforts are focused on five key areas: ensuring food security, promoting health and well-being, expanding access to education, enhancing economic opportunities, and amplifying community voices in decision making processes. We prioritize the unique challenges faced by women and girls who often bear the greatest burdens of crisis working to break down barriers and create lasting change. In the nearly 90 years since our founding, the world has undergone profound transformations, and so have the needs of the communities we serve. Today, an alarming 100 million people are displaced due to conflict, persecution, and crisis. Displacement durations are longer than ever, with most lasting over a decade, as protracted conflicts such as the ongoing situation in Afghanistan average 20 years. The escalating climate crisis is projected to displace up to 150 million people by 2050, intensifying these challenges further. Additionally, the global COVID-19 pandemic has compounded vulnerabilities and deepened humanitarian needs worldwide.
