Duration: Feb – Jul 2025

Budget: €7,000 (GDfH €5,000, VOSIEDA €2,000)

Beneficiaries: 30 smallholder farmers (13 women, 17 men)

Land Cultivated: 13.57 hectares

Support Provided:

• Agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, tools)

• Training & technical support

• Zero-interest input loans

•Key Results:

• 24 tons total produce (73% bitter ball)

• 28% increase in local labor

Impact: Boosted productivity, income stability, and resilience

Afghanistan Project 1

Project 4: Livestock Cow Project (Afghanistan)

Location: Haji Paik Village, Kabul

Duration: Mar 2025 – Mar 2027

Beneficiaries: 1 household

Support Provided:

• Dairy cow purchase

• Veterinary & technical support for 3 years

Model: 15% profit-sharing from milk sales; ownership after 3 years

• Impact:

• Daily income from milk

• Nutrition and food security

• Long-term economic stability & livestock sustainability

Greenhouse Project (Afghanistan)

Location: Haji Paik Village, Kabul

Duration: 2025–2030

Beneficiaries: 1 household (landowner & farmer)

Support Provided:

• Greenhouse setup with drip irrigation

• Technical training & monitoring

Model: 25% profit-sharing for 3 years, then full ownership

Impact:

• Year-round cultivation & food security

• Salable model for youth & women

• Cost-effective, climate-smart agriculture
